Firefighters have recovered the bodies of the five people who died in yesterday’s explosion in Kočevje.
The investigation into the cause of the accident continues.
Only one of the victims was said to be a Melamin employee, the rest were contractors who were working on the site at the time.
The mayor of kocevje said the accident caused minimal damage to the wider environment.
The plant produces plastic materials, paints, varnishes and other chemicals. The explocuison happened yesterday morning at around 8:30 in the morning.
