Some 160 employees of the Magna paint shop have been on furlough since the beginning of September.
The paint shop in Hoče will not be operational until the end of the year.
While furloughed, employee will get 80% of their pay.
Production in Hoče was suspended for almost two years because of the covid pandemic, and in March this year it resumed, but now the workers are again on furlough.
Next year, when production is due to resume again, Hoče employees will continue painting the bodyworks of the Jaguar.
