The Maribor Festival will kick off today. Slovenia's second largest city will see top musicians performing classical music.
Running until 28 September, the festival will open tonight with a concert by the festival's resident orchestra, members of the international Haydn Philharmonic and top Slovenian musicians.
The main programme will feature five concerts inspired by passion for music, freedom, life and art from major composers like Joseph Haydn, Ludwig van Beethoven, Wolfgang Mozart and Richard Wagner.
The festival runs until 28 Sep.
