The Education Minister is under fire after appearing at a sports gala without a mask. Pictures on social media showed the minister and guests not wearing masks. This comes after new directives made masks mandatory in schools for children from grades seven up. Opposition leaders called on her to resign.

The minister apologized and said she would be testing herself for covid19.
