Starting tomorrow, Slovenians will be able to cross the border without restrictions to all neighboring countries.

Austria will be the last neighboring country to abolish health checks on its border with Slovenia imposed following the coronavirus outbreak. Starting tomorrow and with the exception of Italy, passengers entering Austria from any of its neighbors will no longer have to quarantine or be required to present proof of not being infected with the novel virus.

Italy today meanwhile lifted border restrictions for EU citizens.
