The main celebration will be held on Ljubljana's Rožnik Hill, under a slogan noting the importance of trade unions.

The president of the Federation of Free Trade Unions of Slovenia Lidija Jerkič yesterday emphasized that only way workers can change things is if they join forces. She added rights regarding working time, pay, insurance and the right to a safe and healthy workplace must not only be preserved, but guaranteed to all.
