Due to the announced protests for Tuesday and Wednesday, the government activated Act 9 of the Police Tasks and Powers Act for the first time in history. Yesterday, due to tensions in the capital Ljubljana, the crowd of protesters was dispersed by police using tear gas and a water cannon.
