Luka Košir is not only one of the most successful Slovenian chefs but also a farmer that breeds ducks, gooses, grows his own vegetables and also plans to offer his own krško poljski pigs in his restaurant. Luka is also actively motivating and promoting high quality products of Slovenian farms. He estimates that there are still a lot of possibilities for the young in Slovenia to produce high quality food products.

Brothers Mitja and Matjan Žgajnar come from a small farm, which their mother inherited and where she developed a project that opened her sons the doors to the best chefs in Slovenia.
