The government adopted the first Slovenian Space Strategy until the year 2030.
It sets the guidelines and activities for boosting the competitiveness of Slovenia's space industry. The activities include promoting science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to future generations, and developing the know-how and technologies to enable human and robotic exploration missions. In the near future Slovenia also plans to seek full-fledged membership in the European Space Agency.
