Signatories will be looking to finalize the so-called Paris rule book, which will govern how countries implement the 2015 agreement, including reporting and accounting requirements, mechanisms to promote compliance, and the role of the Adaptation Fund.

It is presumed that the biggest challenge is the lack of trust between developed and undeveloped countries and of course money, as less funds were raised than planned.

Slovenian Presidnet Borut Pahor will attend the meeting of high representatives on Monday and Minister of Environment Jure Leben will join the conference as well.
