The competition is divided in two sections - Best Piece for stand-alone entries and Best Practice for campaigns and concepts.
The organisers will hand out a total of eight awards, including the Golden Dragon award for the most successful independent advertising agency, for which a total of 117 agencies are competing.
Among the 27 participating countries, the most entries come from Russia (20.8%), followed by Turkey (14.1%). Meanwhile, this year, Italy will have its first representative at the festival.
