Prime Minister Robert Golob is visiting Berlin today to meet German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. It is his first bilateral visit abroad.
The war in Ukraine and its impact as well as EU enlargement to the Western Balkans will be discussed.
Political relations between the two countries are excellent. Germany is Slovenia's main trading partner.
Last year's trade between them topped EUR 13 billion.
