A majority of people would prefer partially working at home, according to a new survey.
The survey asked 700 people about their preferences. The findings showed that just 11% preferred the convention –in-office model. 22% would prefer going fully remote. The rest said they would prefer a mix.
Many global companies are changing their strategies. Companies like Disney, Google, Microsoft, Meta and Amazon are turning to a hybrid model of work.
