Valentina Prevolnik Rupel was officially appointed new Health Minister today. Prevolnik Rupel received the vote of 48 MPs while 17 voted against. She listed better access to healthcare, high-quality medical services, and solving the issues of patients without a named GP as some of her priorities. Also today parliament voted to officially dismiss Agricultural Minister Irena Šinko on the proposal of PM Robert Golob.
