Parliament passed a tourism stimulus package, a bill on emergency measures in healthcare, and changes to the Communicable Diseases Act.

The tourism stimulus package includes new holiday vouchers. The emergency measures in healthcare continue dealing with the consequences of the epidemic and also seek to cut long waiting times in hospitals. Regarding the changes to the Communicable Diseases Act, the opposition says it will strongly affect human rights and fundamental freedoms. Meanwhile the government says its necessary to have certain measures in place before the next wave of the coronavirus pandemic.
