Slovenia's head coach Robert Hrgota said the fight against Austria was tense and that they fought until the end. Gold went to the Austrian team and Norwegians were third. The team consisting of Lovro Kos, Domen Prevc, Timi Zajc and Anže Lanišek were happy with the ranking they achieved and left Planica satisfied with two second places, as Anže Lanišek also finished second at the solo event in the morning. Austrian Stefan Kraft finished first and Piotr Žyla was third in the solo competition.
