Slovenia won its third medal today. The country now has one of each.
Tina Trstenjak took silver in judo in the 63 kg category. France took gold, in a rematch of the previous Olympics, which Trstenjak won. She said she was very happy to medal in back-to-back Olympics and satisfied with the result.
Trstenjak also has a World Championships medal and three European Championships medals.
Today's medal is the third medal for Slovenia in the 2020 Summer Olympics after cyclist Tadej Pogačar got bronze in the road race on Saturday and canoeist Benjamin Savšek won gold in the C-1 slalom yesterday.
