Catalan Foreign Minister Alfred Bosch is visiting Ljubljana this weekend after receiving an invitation by the youth wing of the Social Democrats. In a speech he gave yesterday, he called upon the Slovenian officials to support the dialogue between Barcelona and Madrid. He namely believes a resolution of the Catalan crisis is possible, especially considering the coalition between the Socialists and Unidas Podemos in Madrid. The Social Democrats had concerns about getting involved in the Catalan issue, but their member of the European parliament Milan Brglez was supporting the idea. Just days ago the leadership of the party resigned and reportedly one of the reasons why was also the invitation extended to Bosch.
