Slovenia ranks seventh in the latest KidsRights Index. The ranking is the first and only global index that annually measures how much countries are committed to children's rights and their protection.
Slovenia received the highest score in the child protection category, and the lowest in child rights environment. Out of 181 countries, Slovenia placed at a high 7th position, behind the Netherlands and before Thailand. Iceland tops the ranking, while Chad is at the very bottom.
