After a year and a half of negotiations, the Constitutional Court judges will publicly announce their decision today. If the provisions are declared unconstitutional, it would be much harder to reduce the number of employees in the public sector. The judges also made a decision about the additional tax on income of the management and supervisory bodies. They ruled that the law on taxation of bonuses of CEOs was unconstitutional.
