The meeting is another try to reform student work in Slovenia. It has been in public debate for less than a month now. Two proposals seem to be in the forefront, namely pupils and students would need to pay a contribution for pension insurance and employers would have to limit the amount of work students do for them. The student organization supports the proposals but says red tape needs to be reduced.
