The top three spots remain unchanged: Germany remains first, followed by Argentina and Colombia. Belgium is in fourth, followed by the Netherlands and Brazil. Spain continued its slide, falling from 8th to 10th place.

Slovenian neighbors Croatia jumped five places to 14th. The next change in rankings will happen on November 27th.
