The meteorologist on duty, Andrej Velkavrh, said that central Slovenia was affected by storms accompanied by sleet, while some places also saw hail.

The Environmental Agency has issued an orange alert for north and north-west Slovenia with gusts of wind with speeds over 70 kilometers an hour. It will remain windy until Thursday.

In the coming days we can expect more changeable weather, but not like today. "It will be chillier. Temperatures will only reach ten degrees Celsius, so it won't be as warm as it has been," says the weatherman.
