From July on it plans to make it compulsory for every establishment dealing with money to have cash registers preventing employees from amending receipts.
Handwriten receipts will only be allowed under exceptional circumstances with the permission of tax authorities.

Under the government plan, it would only be possible to pay with cash for a price not higher than 5,000 EUR. The government plans to include these measures in the country's legislation by the end of March.
