After yesterday afternoon’s accident at Črni Kal-Rižana that claimed the life of a 32-year-motorcyclist, another severe car accident happened late in the evening happened at the Steska village in the municipality of Nova Gorica. A 21-year-old car driver lost control of her car and drove onto the opposite lane when a 33-year-old drove by in her car. The vehicles collided, killing the 21 year old driver and her 16-year old passenger. The driver of the other vehicle suffered only minor injuries.
Another traffic accident with fatalities occurred this morning in Ankaran. According to unofficial information, the 32-year-old motorcyclist crashed into a guardrail due to unadjusted speed. He immediately died, while his fellow passenger was only injured.
