The government adopted a bill to promote digital literacy.
The centrepiece is a EUR 150 digital voucher. Secondary school kids, students and adults over 55 will be able to use the voucher for digital literacy courses or to buy digital devices.
Only 55% of Slovenian adults have digital skills. This means the country ranks below the EU average.
