The Environment Agency (ARSO) is no longer in charge of environment-related administrative procedures.

The Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning is transferring all administrative procedures related the environment from ARSO to the ministry.

The reorganization, due to be completed by 1 July, aims to speed up a process to obtain permits without a negative impact on the environment and result in more predictable decisions.
