Nataša Pirc Musar was sworn in as Slovenia's new president today at a ceremony at the National Assembly. Mrs. Pirc Musar succeeds Borut Pahor, who served two terms as head of state. She's a former journalist, information commissioner and lawyer. Nataša Pirc Musar will be Slovenia's first female president. She will officially take over the role and start working at the Presidential Palace tomorrow.
