The government has expanded the list of exceptions for entering Slovenia without quarantine or producing a negative PCR test.

The list now includes accredited journalists on an official trip abroad and persons coming to Slovenia for emergency reasons such as health, life or property risks or material damage, and who are returning home within 12 hours, the STA reports.

Work migrants and persons posted to perform cross-border services will no longer be ordered to quarantine if they produce a negative PCR or rapid antigen test not older than seven days.

Coronavirus tests performed in the US and UK have meanwhile been added to the list of valid tests at border crossings.
