The government has introduced a new restriction for public gatherings and events with more than 100 participants.
In line with the decision, participants will need to be vaccinated, tested or prove they have recovered from covid-19 as of next Monday.
The new rule will be in force until 27 June.
Those under 18 who attend the event with close family members, caretakers, school or any other institution will be exempt from the rule.
