PM Robert Golob stressed the importance of unity ahead of Independence and Unity Day.
A high-profile ceremony was held in Ljubljana last night to mark the upcoming Independence and Unity Day. Addressing those gathered, PM Robert Golob stressed the importance of internal unity and the international credibility it gives to the country. Slovenia officially celebrates Independence and Unity Day on the 26th of December, to commemorate the official proclamation of the 1990 Slovenian independence referendum.
A new cycling route linking the town of Žalec and the city of Celje will be completed by the end of June, according to the Municipality of Žalec.
