Nearly all employees and users of services will have to comply with the vaccinated-recovered-tested rule as of Wednesday.

Those who are not vaccinated and have not recovered will be required to perform rapid tests every 48 hours or PCR tests every 72 hours.

The cost of testing will be covered by the state. The only industries in which the requirement is waived are grocery stores and pharmacies, unless they are located in shopping malls, in which case the rule applies to them as well.
