The foreign minister said Slovenian soldiers should return to Iraq as soon as possible. The defense ministry said the soliders were ready.
They're expected to return by the end of the month at the latest.
The soldiers were evacuated from the Erbil air base over security fears.
Slovenia had six military instructors in north Iraq training Iraqi security forces.
