The government has not adopted any major decisions regarding the covid-19 measures.

The cabinet will be discussing the coronavirus-related restrictions at its regular session today.

Seven out of Slovenia's twelve statistical regions are currently in the lower red tier of restrictions and five in the strictest, black tier.

Based on data for Tuesday, three more regions would qualify for the red phase, while one, which is currently in the black tier, now qualifies for the orange tier.

Meanwhile, the government removed some of the exceptions for entry to the country without requiring a quarantine and a negative coronavirus test. The new rules will remain in place until 12 February.
