Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed Slovenia's parliament today via video link.
Speaking to Slovenia's leadership, he thanked the EU and Slovenia for supporting Ukraine in its fight for freedom. President Zelensky said he was close to the front line and that Russia was slowly running out of fuel to stay on its war path. He also called on Slovenian companies to join the recovery plans for Ukraine's postwar future.
The National Assembly invited Zelensky to address MPs as an expression of friendship and support for the Ukrainian people.
