An orange warning has also been issued by the Slovenian Weather Service, ARSO, for the northern part of Slovenia this evening and tomorrow morning. Gusts are expected to exceed 70 km/hour in places.

The first snowfalls of the year are also predicted for Croatia and parts of Slovenia, though they are expected to be light.
