Two rulings were handed down. One fisherman was fined nearly 15000 euros. The second one was fined some 2000 euros.

Since the new year, Slovenian fishermen have received some 90 new fines and will challenge all of them. Slovenian fishermen are currently fishing in accordance with the border arbitration agreement, which Croatia did not accept.
