Motor vehicles taxes will be reduced starting January 1st. Most car and motorbike buyers will pay less tax. At the same time electric plug-in vehicles will not be taxed. There will also be no tax for vintage and sporting cars, emergency services vehicles, large family-size cars and vehicles driven by disabled persons. The government has also decided to scrap the extra levy on luxury vehicles.
