Deputies from the opposition parties SD, LMŠ, Levica, and SAB have filed a motion to oust the Minister of Culture Vasko Simoniti. They accuse him of ineffective measures to protect those in the field culture who were affected by the epidemic and they accuse him of attacking the independence of journalism. The opposition believes Simoniti merely pursues the interests of the ruling SDS.
