Nine Slovenian regions will enter the Covid-19 red tier on Monday. That means all of Slovenia except the Posavska, South-Eastern, and Goriška regions, will see the opening of kindergartens and the first three grades of primary school, museums, libraries, galleries, auto mechanics, technical goods stores, sports, stores, florists, book shops and ski centres. PM Janša said the schools will reopen for the youngest on Tuesday, as teachers will first have to be tested on Monday. Restrictions in the nine regions will be eased as the number of new Covid-19 infections and hospitalizations drops below the set threshold.
