According to the 2020 Corruption Perception Index by Transparency International Slovenia has made no progress in the fight against corruption.
The country has not made headway up the CPI rankings, since 2012.
Just like two years ago, Slovenia ranked 35th among 180 countries included in the index, once again falling below the EU and the OECD average.
A number of corruption risks have been detected in Slovenia's purchases of protective and medical equipment during the pandemic.
