Slovenia will step up health checks on its borders starting on Monday. It plans to reintroduce checkpoints and tighten quarantine rules for arrivals. Interior Minister Aleš Hojs said all cross-border commuters and students coming into Slovenia will also have to get tested every seven days. Additional testing sites will be put up, especially at the border with Italy.
