Slovenia's Sovereign Holding says the whole procedure is still in the preparation stage, but declined to give out more details to the public.
A 69,87 percent majority stake in the company is owned by the state. Adria Airways ended last year with an operating profit of 1.15 million euros, and a net loss of 2.87 million euros. At the same time 1.026.802 passengers flew with Adria.
