In the upcoming 30 days Agrokor must also publish the takeover-bid. Agrokor will offer 86 euros per share; this is the sum the Agrokor paid for shares of banks and a consortium of local firms belonging to Slovenia's largest beverage producer Pivovarna Laško.

Mercator has more than 10.000 small shareholders and they expect that Agrokor will respect Slovenia's legislation, the president of the society of small shareholders, Rajko Stanković, said.
