The police received a missing person report yesterday. They visited the home of the reportedly missing person in the village Žiberci (Apače municipality) and found that the door of the house, where the missing person lived alone, was locked.

Policemen entered the premises with the help of firefighters. There they found that the missing man had passed away. In addition to the man, two dead dogs were also found. The police assume that all of them died of carbon monoxide poisoning. According to the police administration of Murska Sobota, the deaths were a result of the man’s incorrect use of a gas aggregate for generating electricity.
