In Slovenj Gradec General Hospital the on-call duty is paid according to a reference ratio, and not according to the salary grade of a doctor. Now the hospital will have to reorganize. At the Department of Gynecology and Traumatology and the Department of General and Abdominal Surgery, most of the doctors won’t be available on-call. This change will probably affect some patients.
