Previously Dragić missed out two games due to back problems. Last night in 35 minutes he scored 17 points (shooting 5/9) and dished out three assists. The best scorer of the night was Dwayne Wade with 28 points. Chris Andersen played at center position replacing the suspended Hassan Whiteside and scored 18 points (shooting 8/9) and grabbed 14 rebounds. This was the Heat's fourth victory over the Nets this season. Its record against the team from Brooklyn is a perfect 7:0.

With Charlotte's loss against Sacramento, Miami has now climbed up to eighth place in the Eastern Conference. However the battle for clinching a playoff spot will be difficult. "We're all warriors and we all have the same goal. We can't allow ourselves to miss a lot of games. We're all ready, despite in pain. That says a lot about our team," is what Dragić said.
