The festival started on the 20st of June and in 14 days despite a significant reduction in funding it offered a large diversity of cross-cultural and musical events: from opera to dance performances, jazz concerts, concerts of classical music, singer-songwriter performances, street theater performances and events and activities for children.
The happening took place on more than 40 different venues. Festival Lent is the largest outdoor festival in Slovenia. According to the organizers this year it was visited by around 500.000 visitors.
