The court ruled that violating internal company regulations did not necessarily mean that the law was violated. The court also ruled that there was no evidence of any wrongdoing when the former CEO approved 1.5 million euros to recapitalize two subsidiaries in Romania. This decision did not have the approval of the supervisory board. The district attorney has already announced an appeal.
