Finance Minister Uroš Čufer said the recapitalization was necessary to secure performing the tasks of the company. The government also agreed on contracts between the Bank Assets Management Company and the banks Nova Ljubljanska banka and Nova Kreditna banka Maribor for the transfer of bad loans.
